Xmas........is a coming! Be sure to book a space at Eype Makers Market

EYPE MAKERS MARKET
CHRISTMAS 2013

 New venue!
Last year’s Christmas Makers Market was a great success and the event grows in popularity each year, both with customers and stall-holders.
This year we have decided to let the event grow and are moving our venue to a new amazing space at Highlands End, Eype.  Three interlinking rooms will be decorated for Christmas and host around 45 stalls, of good sized larger tables, so there will be much more space for sellers and also for our buyers to browse at leisure.  The space is carpeted and warm with an open relaxed atmosphere.
So here is the date for your diary:
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 24th 10 am – 4 pm
Yes, we are being the early birds, but please email to register your interest .  Another reminder will be sent out later in the year too.   As last year, please tell us what you make and wish to sell, and the committee will pick the makers we feel will give the event the maximum variety and will let you know if you have a space after October 1st. It isn’t a first come first booked event, but a selection process. We hope this give everyone a fair chance for a table.
Spaces are limited to one table per person.

Tables cost £10 and you can select either a 4ft or a 6ft size but unlike last year there will be some breathing space between the tables  – phew!

Rental is paid in cash on the day and will all go to support our charities, divided between the Wallbridge Trust and St Peter’s Church. The Raffle for Prostate Cancer.
Martin Cox of Highlands End is generously giving us the use of their function rooms, and in the adjacent bar and seating area will provide low cost refreshments.

Unloading and setting up will be on the morning of the event, and of course at this venue parking will be easier and access simpler, no problems with mud or reversing etc.

To register your interest to either
eypemakersmarket@gmail.com
For any further questions call Pauline 01308 424321
We look forward to hearing from you and creating a great event!
